Distance Reiki

One of the craziest bits of information I have learned on my spiritual journey is distance healing! Did you know you can have a distance reiki session?? Energy is completely wild! You can have healing energy sent from across the world and…IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Space and time are really just an illusion. You don’t need someone to be right next to you to do energy healing. I am constantly surprised by the way energy works!

During a distance reiki healing session, I will use Reiki to send you healing energy. I focus my energy onto your energy and send the healing energy where I sense it needs to go! It really is as simple as that! If you haven’t tried Reiki yet, or are on the fence, you should definitely dive in!

Don’t just stop with a reiki session though. You need to do the work on your energy to continue the healing process! Journaling, meditating, automatic writing, shadow work and being present in your body are all wonderful additions to reiki. You want to support your healing journey by doing things that help you understand your own energy. This process can continue your entire life….because energy is ever changing.
